Passion


Sports performance and injury prevention are my life's work. I found my passion in movement performance through the bane of my own sports and injury history. While playing football in college, I experienced how injuries could ruin my mind and body in both the sport I loved and the day-to-day life I lived. I feel called to help others rehabilitate from their pain while improving the quality of their life and sport through the proper execution of movement skill and lifestyle change.


Philosophy


Every goal, sport, position, and individual need requires a lifestyle to support it. An assessment must be done in order to understand the physical and mental dynamics of each individual. This includes work/sleep/food/hydration habits, injury history, current movement function, and the overarching factors of the goal.

Breathwork, posture, foot pressure, muscular physics and biochemistry with specificity of purpose can train you out of pain. All it takes is consistency and thoughtfulness.
